Clash Of The Titans!!!
The most anticipated series is going to take of today with the two best teams in the world fighting it out for the top spot. This is sure to be a closely fought contest with both the teams coming in good form. India took a bold decision by dropping Yuvraj Singh and taking in the young and promising Pujara who has showed a lot of class in the domestic circuit. Apart from that there were no other surprises in the team selection with India going with the same solid time tested and experienced team. They will be very keen to prove to the world that they are really the best. Australia similarly coming in with a solid team which is more focused on getting good match practice before their all important Ashes series against their eternal rivals England and they will be trying to use this series to get into a positive frame of mind and try and send a message to the English team before the all important Ashes series. All in all it is sure to be a great series with closely fought matches and flares flying high both on and off the field.

ICC Cricketer Of The Year!!!
He was born to play cricket and has conquered everything the sport has to offer, yet there seems to be that never dying hunger in him to keep pushing himself to greater heights. Yes the man I am talking here is about the one and only master blaster Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar who has ridden the mantle of the greatest player to have ever played the sport for over two decades now and just doesnt seem to be getting tired of all his achievements. The recently concluded ICC awards have proven that absolutely right.
Mumbai Indians Poor Display!!!
As the league of the champions is on everyone would be having their favorite side to win this league. But as usual the team, which has a tag of favorites, faltered even this time. It is the Mumbai Indians who were the runners up of the Indian premier league. Mumbai Indians with international players like Malinga, Zaheer Khan, Pollard, Bravo, Duminy and the GOD himself (Sachin Tendulkar) being the captain has been regarded the strongest team of the tournament.
